Colin Harker is responsible for the financial reporting of the business. He has been with the stadium since the opening in 2006 and has extensive experience of creating a start up business and coping with the challenges faced by the newly formed stadium management company.

Colin has over thirty years of experience in accounting gaining his expertise within the advertising and building industries prior to his role at the stadium. Colin has the fantastic ability to take complex data and turn it into understandable and usable figures to drive the management team and department heads to deliver targets and make savings across the business.  An instrumental member of the Senior Management Team, Colin is responsible to the stadium’s Board of Directors for the budgeting of the stadium and the financial reporting. As a result he is always looking at the bottom line to ensure the stadium is working to its potential with one eye still on the bank balances. Colin also has extensive knowledge of working with Local Authority financial departments and providing reports which are scrutinised by elected members on the performance of the stadium and the way forward to achieve goals and meet expectation.

Having worked and consulted on business plans and contracts Colin can bring real added value to any management team as he focuses the business on all aspects of trading that have influences to effect the stadium positively and negatively. He also develops strategies to combat any negative variances the stadium may face.

Colin  vindicates that being a member of a team that believes in the business goes a long way to contributing to its success and this is demonstrated by the number of business awards the Keepmoat Stadium has won in its five years of existence.
