Operations
Responsibility for Operations comes under the remit of Julie Nichol. She has been actively involved in Leisure since 1979 in the operation and Management of Sport and Leisure venues within the U.K
Julie has been involved from the start in “setting up” and preparing pre opening procedures and operational systems of the Keepmoat Stadium in 2006.
Her leisure knowledge , skills and expertise are in multi dimensional Facility Management, Health and Safety management , Match day and event operations, Tenant and Partnership liaison and working closely with Professional organisations such as The Football Association, Rugby Football League , International Concert promoters , Police and Emergency services, Local Authority licensing, Safety advisory group and other agencies involved in the Community Stadium.
Julie is actively involved in the Management of Security of the stadiums match days and events and is the Designated Premises Supervisor for the Stadium Alcohol sales and is holder of the Stadium Safety Certificate .
Julie answers directly to the Stadium’s board of Directors. She is a key figure in the Stadium Senior Management Team.
