The mission is simple: serve delicious, unforgettable food that guests will remember week after week.

SPECIAL DIETS

All events at Keepmoat Stadium are managed by Centerplate, an independent British catering company with over 45 years’ experience and are experts in delivering a first class events experience.

As with all events some guests may have a special dietary requirement. We would recommend putting a note on your invitations asking anyone who has got a special diet to let you know their requirements and the foods they need to avoid and our chef’s will create a dish especially for them.

TAILOR MADE EVENTS

This is your event so if you have something specific in mind, just let us know and our Chef can work alongside you to help create the right food that fits your event perfectly.

DRINKS

Why not incorporate a drinks package into your event?
Whether it’s an arrival drink to make your guests feel welcome, wine served during the meal or a bottled beer package on each table its entirely up to you.

We invite you to meet the person behind your menus and the fantastic food you will taste in your next event!

GERRARD QUIRKE

After leavingcollege In 1984 after studying catering and hospitality. I then started working at local pubs and restaurants some of the properties I worked at included high end fine dining experiences.

In 1989 I decided I wanted a new challenge and further my careerso I started working for a large outdoor events company thatprovided catering for Major sporting events which included working atTwickenham , Wimbledon and Royal Ascot. The events included large dinners for hospitality guests and sponsors.

After starting a family I decided I wanted to work closer to home to enable me to have more family time. I found a great opportunity to come and work for Keepmoat Stadium and have been serving our clients our delicious dishes ever since.

I describe my dishes as Traditionalwith a moderntwist.
